Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Canada Shipping

Free Standard Shipping: Orders $95 CAD and over qualify for free standard shipping across Canada.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate calculated at checkout Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, packages may occasionally be lost or stolen after delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received by you. We recommend:

• Tracking your package and being available to receive it • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders • Providing a secure delivery address

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to certain locations due to legal or logistical restrictions.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During holidays and peak shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times may be extended during these periods.
